Hitohira Kikuchiyo Kyuzo 150mm Petty Iron Clad Shirogami 2 Oct Cherry Ebony Rice otherwise it is ready to 88738013 otherwise it is ready to get back to work It's difficult to accurately date the set from the markings alone as the Universal marking was used over a long period of time 1909 1965 roughly but this is certainly from the early range Extra care is required to avoid rust and it is important to not cut hard items or scrape the blade as the steel is very hard This treatment of shirogami 2 carbon steel is very easy to sharpen and has good edge life for a steel not usually considered a long lived edge steel (for Japanese steels)
