Description
Nicolas Rossignol, Volnay Ronceret Vintage:2019 along with the energy to 126907120170600750 along with the energy to age beautifully for the next 20+ years Fermented in small used barrels and disgorged in February 2014 This broad shouldered effort is presently tautly muscular and quite firm though Roncerets typically ages beautifully into classic examples of Volnay and I predict this will do the same if allowed sufficient time An herbal tea top note can be found on the ripe aromas of cassis
